Jules was absolutely incredible. She offered advice that was perfectly suited to my circumstances and gently guided me through the entire process. It was such a smooth and calming experience. She worked tirelessly on my very long hair, yet never once made me feel like a burden. Instead, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine enthusiasm. Jules mentioned I was her longest-haired client — and yet she handled it all with such grace and care. The end result was absolutely amazing. I walked out feeling like a million dollars.
