I rated it lower for value for money as the prices have increased and I do feel its becoming expensive to have my hair done. I really enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in the salon and my hairdresser is always keeping me up to trend with new ideas and looks for my hair and age.

I wanted to try something completely different with my hair by changing it to mermaid colours of blue and purple. I ended up having two shades of purple foils and an all over colour of blue. The patience and advice that Ash and Taylor at Studio 6 provided was great. Being a hot day that it was, everyone made sure I had cool water (although I was offered a choice of tea, coffee and water). The advice provided on how to keep my colour in for longer was great and really straight forward. A bonus was that I was even provided with up to date magazines for viewing while I was having my hair done - most places only provide magazines that are months if not years old. Also nice level of music in the background to entertain as well. I would highly recommend Studio 6 for all Hair requirements. Professional service and lovely ladies working there. Also brilliant with kids too
