My first visit to your salon was a complete makeover of my hair, proof of the pictures via your instagram account and I walked out very happy although my wallet was $300 lighter. I returned today only because I received an email with 'half price haircut & colour offer', my appointment was booked for 2pm and although the service was nice and accomodating I left at 5pm. I received a 'root touchup' and cut in which I paid $205, im still unsure where the half price came into account on my bill even after it was explained half heartedly to me. Although the service is great my cut/colour wasn't $200 worth and one I can't fathom. Thank you

Hi There This was the first time I have been at the salon and not been a single client being attended to at the same time. Quite a different experience, seemed to be distractions today for some reason, and servicing more than one client. Very quick cut which was really just a tidy up, again unusual as there is normally so much care and precision in the styling and the service. Hope to get back to normal at the next visit. Kim

I was very happy with yuiko last time but she was sick so I thought I’ll give another hairdresser a try. I showed the cut yuiko did and he had a look and did my fringe straight away. Cut to the length that’s way too short - normally the hairdresser would cut a bit longer and ask me if this is good or shorter. When I saw it and realised it was too short it was a bit late… There’s a big disconnect between the bangs and the side hair — it’s not blended at all, so it looks very abrupt. On top of that, the bangs are too short and lack shape, which makes the overall look stiff and awkward. Although Kevin was quite friendly and chatty so when I left I sort of lied that I liked it. I don’t know what to do now as I had this cut for my holiday photos and anniversary professional photo shoot which I’ll probably hate due to my bangs… I’ll probably buy a wig… Please don’t show Kevin this feedback I don’t want to ruin his day too. Just a rant and honest comment.

Provide more services within the salon such as manicure and pedicure, hair spa etc. so customers can pamper themself at one stop.

For some reason the shaver that the salon is using now is so noisy and loud which is quite uncomfortable.

The price has gone up dramatically since the renovation. It is already very expensive. Please lower the price. Though the service quality is good, it is just too expensive to recommend to others.
