so disappointed with my recent appointments. As a client of Stacey, I understand the difficulties however each appointment I have had a different person which makes everything difficult- especially if you are wanting to change your style or colour- which most of us won't do until we trust the hairdresser. Didn't rebook this time and will be looking for a new salon.

During my experience at the salon last week I had two issues: 1. When asking the hairdresser what I wanted done to my hair she questioned why, and did not actually end up doing what I asked (I now have four different shades of brown at the roots of my hair) 2. For an all over colour (brown) for medium length hair, $100 is more than what I had expected to pay. Please note, this was without a blow dry or cut. This was disappointing as I had chosen to go to your hair salon as I have a friend who has multiple colours, including foils, cut and blow dry - who pays $105. I will not be recommending this salon to anyone, and will continue to search for a new hair salon in town.

I always founded staff , Like Joe lovely and welcoming. I had a difficult time this tues. Hairdresser was good at hair and that's wasn't my problem. Her attitude towards me was unsettling and different. I just wanted to leave asap.

Was welcomed beautifully on arrival. Offered a coffee which was lovely. Told the hair stylist that i recently had my hair lightened and didn’t want to go too dark. Gave the colour code that was given to me by my previous hair stylist in Perth (# 6 on roots and # 8 toner). Advised the hair stylist that I wanted the same colour. She mixed up the colour and applied. As it was developing I could see that it was very very dark on both roots and ends. Asked the hair stylist what colour code it was and she went a darker shade (#5 on roots). Really wasn’t happy as previously spent over 5 hours lightening my hair in a Perth and cost a lot of money. There was no consideration for what I wanted as the client and i even gave the numbers of the colour done previously to avoid this happening. Now it is back to very dark again and I have to pay a lot to fix it. Unfortunately won’t be back.

I had my haircut by Nat , the owner, for the first time. She did a brief consult and whilst she cut my hair like I asked , I found her un-personable and sullen. I found myself attempting to engage with her which , as a former professional in the same industry for over 30 years, odd & disconcerting. I have since had some friends tell me that that Nat is not a "talker" , which i fully understand as I am not a "talker" myself, but I expected that as a first time client in her hands she would try to engage me in regards to my hair, if nothing else.As a hairstylist it is sacrosanct to deliver customer service to build trust and loyalty. Again , she is clearly a professional in her trade as I was pleased with my haircut, but I felt like a commodity sitting in the chair and not a person to establish a rapport with to either ensure my return or enhance my salon experience. I will return to the salon in the hopes that my next haircut delivers a different rapport and with the same professional haircut I got.
