It would be good if Shampers at 3 had a loyalty program so that are so many visits e.g. get half price of normal rate or something similar. It would be good if one could get a pedicure or nails done at the same time, if this was at all possible.

Freya is clearly an experienced hairdresser, and I am very pleased with my cut! She asked what I wanted, and offered her professional opinion, as opposed to simply agreeing with what I said I wanted. I LOVE that, and appreciate that in a hairdresser :) The ONLY thing that could have been better was the wash. I usually have my feet put up, and the massage chair on, and a (roughly) 3-5 minute scalp massage. However, this time it seemed a bit rushed. But let's face it, the scalp massage could go for 30 minutes and it still wouldn't be long enough :P I just really look forward to this part of visiting the salon. All in all, it's always a pleasure to visit Shampers, and I can't wait to see Freya again in 6 weeks time for my next cut and colour :) And the rest of the girls - they are all so accommodating!
