Attention to detail was lacking by the stylist. The water was cold when my hair was washed and I was not asked if the temperature was ok. Neither was the foot rest put up for me when I was sat at the sink even though I was left there to allow a product to soak in. Although the stylist discussed hair colours, she didn't show me which colour she was going to use or name it. I wasn't asked how I wanted my hair blow dried. I wasn't asked if enough had been cut off from my hair. I got the impression the stylist was rushing in the end, I arrived in good time for my appointment but the stylist was running behind and no apology was offered to me. A little disappointed with the service today as usually is really good.

The lounge I went to sit on was dirty, didn't get the stylist I booked because of a mix up earlier in the day and She was too busy. The stylist I got was nice but everything seemed rushed.

The hairdresser did not listen to how I asked to have my hair dried and totally ignored my suggestions of drying my hair.

I was disappointed with the hair colour I was given. I did find some of the staff to be friendly.

im normally always happy with the end result, but this time I was disappointed as I asked for the blonde colour to be the same as previous and it was more mousy brown, which made the overall look, not impressing. upon saying i wasn't happy, my answer was " the other girl who did the colour had put a toner in as she thought it would look more natural" . I will give this hairdressers another go, as i have been happy every other time, but i will insist on them doing it as i requested.
