I requested a trim plus shampoo and blow dry, I ended up with a CREW CUT my hair has always combed back,now it will take me months to get my correct hairstyles back.it was a good haircut if I wanted a Crew cut.but not for the style I came in with.very disappointed with this haircut

We had a really disappointing experience here recently. I booked a package that included foils, shampoo, cut and blow dry. Despite clearly asking for around 2.5 inches to be taken off and for weight to be removed with layering, barely half an inch was cut and very little layering was done. The appointment also ran around 45 minutes over time, which caused major inconvenience as my wife and I had booked back to back so we could swap caring for our 6 month old baby. On top of that, I was overcharged at the counter. I did question this at the time and was repeatedly told that the online booking did not include a cut, even though it clearly did. Because I was holding a distressed baby, I paid and afterwards checked my booking confirmation. I then had to go back in to have it corrected, which was awkward and stressful. My wife’s cut was also not to the standard we expected, with minimal length taken off and her appointment finishing much earlier than booked, which felt rushed. I contacted the business twice over 2 weeks to try and resolve this privately. Unfortunately I received no reply at all, which is disappointing and left us feeling ignored. This is not the standard I had previously experienced here, which makes the lack of response even more frustrating.

We’ve had good experiences at the salon until now, but we were very disappointed with our recent visit. A different stylist from our usual was present, which wouldn’t normally be an issue, but this stylist did not understand our request. As a result, my husband’s and son’s haircuts were uneven and poorly done—I feel I could have done a better job myself. We have since had to go elsewhere to have them corrected and are unlikely to return soon.
