Unfortunately a negative experience for me today. When I arrived it took 20 mins before someone served me. Only to then be told I was 15 minutes late for my appt but they would see what they could do to fit me in. When I showed my confirmation text message stating that I in fact was there on time I was met with oh well we don't know how that happened. Whilst I still had my cut and colour completed and I do love it, the situation (waiting 45 mins before the hairdresser touched my head) and the way I was made to feel is enough to make me try a different salon next time.
