We would have expected more for the service and cost, considering we were given water in our champaign glass instead of champaign! We specifically asked for champaign with our spa. We paid for that and did not get it, WATER... Was what we got... In a champaign glass that was plastic... Not the way we wanted to finish our year and start our holidays. So we then had to pay the bar next door to give us our beverage. Then we saw the staff lady leaving the premises waving two full bottles of champaign at us and yelling out, "thanks" to us!!! WHAT THE...also on arriving we would have preferred leaving the "are you pregnant" question for the application questionnaire form rather than looking you up and down then saying "are you pregnant"!!! Well, "NO" but thanks for your confidence. I think We should get a REFUND..."oh" I nearly forgot, PLEASE. That is called having MANNERS and RESPECT...
