I have just enjoyed a fabulous afternoon of pampering at the Rpyal Day Spa. When I went to pay however the attendant was unaware of the voucher that you had sent me via email for my birthday a week ago and was unable to honour the voucher. I had neglected to print the voucher so understand her reluctance to discount my visit by the voucher amount but I was interested to hear that she had never seen or heard of the vouchers.
