I have had many facials by another operator in Newcastle. I have been going there for many many years and your Spa is so mUch more superior to the one I have been going too. I only came to you from the voucher I purchased but I will continue to use your services after this as I feel I am treated much better. The surroundings are beautifully decorated and I love that I am given a gown to wear even if am only having a facial. I am treated like I matter and you have made me feel very relaxed. Ann was amazing she explained everything talked only when she needed to and made me feel beautiful and she did an amazing job. Thank you ANNE. If I had to faulty anything and it is not huge but cool water with maybe some fresh fruit that will rehydrate you after your treatment. Thank you and I will be back in for round 2 very soon
