I visited you last Saturday morning having made an appointment with you at least a week prior. When I arrived it seems I was a 'surprise' - there was no record of my booking. The staff were helpful and said how lucky I was they could fit me in!! My response, ever so nicely and probably not even absorbed was, 'actually, it is you who are lucky as I would have been most annoyed had I not been able to have what I booked, done' All turned out well, but I have to wonder what happened!I said 'maybe the boss took the booking' and the girl smiled - all ended up well after all. .
