After two haircuts with Ben I now wouldn’t go anywhere else. I went elsewhere as I was interstate and actually went to Ben a week later for him to fix it. Lovely person, amazing at cutting hair.

Forget 5 out of 5 stars - Elise is worth more stars than are in the milky way! Elise is a true professional at her craft. My colour is glorious, my scalps feels healthy and I am always treated with upmost respect. She genuinely cares about her work and achieving the best results for her clients. Elise does this by listening to her clients suggestions and taking on board all feedback. In fact her ability to adapt her communication style is evidence of a highly intelligent and responsive professional. I felt relaxed with Elise and really trusted her to take care of me, partly because she spends as much time as necessary talking with me before we get started. Elise is good at adapting to individual needs, she uses Pinterest images, colour swatches, and provides accurate information on what can and cannot be achieved. It is so nice to be able to just go to the salon and be taken care of and feel pampered for a little while. This can only be achieved with Professionals who are as mature as Elsie is. Thank you.

Katrina is an excellent hair stylist. I had such a lovely time getting a relaxing treatment, cut and style. Katrina has made my hair feel so beautiful and soft and also made me feel super welcome throughout the whole appointment. I would highly recommend Katrina to anyone considering visiting Rixon for a cut and style.

My visit to Rixon Hair was great. My hairdresser Trina was really thorough with shaping my hair and communicated all the way through, explaining what shape the layers would give me, and adjusted it with how I need my hair for work/lifestyle which was awesome. Her technique was great, she took it slow to make sure she wasn’t taking too much off (as I came into the salon not completely knowing what I wanted to achieve), and she was really helpful and precise. Really down to earth girl with good conversation and people skills, I’d definitely recommend her to family and friends, and also be happy to pay for services from Trina.
