From the moment you enter Rixon till the time you leave, the experience is always amazing. And my last trip, after a long break, was no different. I was greeted with a very prompt and warm welcome from you young lady at reception as soon as I walked in and immediately taken to my chair and offered something to drink. Ben my stylist who is a truly brilliant and an extremely lovely and friendly guy, was there in meet me in no time. I never feel pressured to do or buy anything and Ben always makes such great suggestions for what to do with my hair, which is what he did again this visit. I could not recommend Rixon more highly. They are so professional and really their business.
