Kathy and Terri are a really talented, warm and friendly partnership. I return because of that partnership, their skills, and how well they work together, and the fact it feels like they know me and we have a plan. It's the first hairdressers I've been to where Junior apprentice staff also feel like a part of the team. The level of service with teas and coffees etc is great, and ther level of confidence and communication is just right. Very happy, the only thing I would change is cost, a slight downward adjustment!
