I'm a regular at rixon for good reason. You won't find a bad stylist or colourist among them. I have nothing but praise for John, who I can safely leave my hair in the hands of knowing it will look and remain fabulously cut for the many months it takes me to get myself back in again. He's a true professional and a gentleman. Same goes for Kathie and Jenna - nothing but praise. I've never left disappointed. You could do MUCH worse in Brisbane city than to take a chance on rixon for your next cut or colour. You won't regret it.

I really like attending the salon, but I have one bug bear - every time I visit I am asked what I would like to drink. I say that a long black would be nice and my order is taken. However, almost without fail, my coffee does not appear. It's now become quite amusing, because before I attend the salon, I joke with my husband about whether my coffee order will materialise or not, given that it has not been provided at least 9 out of 10 times I've ordered it. I'm not sure why it's so difficult to make a coffee and bring it to the customer.
