Kelly is absolutely wonderful, with the perfect personality and the most gentle nurturing nature, which is what you want to experience when you come in for a treatment. I did notice some of the other ladies were a little loud, which was a little intrusive as you don't want to hear other people's conversations in the next room or hear everything the receptionist is saying on the phone, when you're trying to relax. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, and relaxing, and can't praise Kelly enough for her delightful, subtle and gentle manner, and yet highly professional manner.
