Sorry I forgot the beauty therapists name but she did my eyebrows on Tuesday morning and was not as I hoped (she has done them before and didn't have a problem)to her credit she did her best to fix problem and didn't charge me . I was happy with the way she handled it. Well done. Kind Regards Alison

Love the staff, they are always so friendly and helpful. The waiting room is too small to be comfortable. I am not likely to refer Riverside Beauty Salon for the simple reason that I can not imagine having a conversation about a facial, or waxing etc. Certainly, if someone asked me directly I would certainly refer them , but with the proviso that what suits me might not suit them

My past experiences at riverside beauty have been fabulous , unfortunately my treatment (pedicure) with Emma was uncomfortable and painful. I will most definitely return again, but request a different therapist .

When I booked I questioned if it was worth the money as the salon is quite expensive. However, after my treatment I now know it is totally worth it! The pedicure and eyebrow wax were professionally done and the beautician was very tentative. Thank you.

Thanks for the email survey. I actually wasn't happy with my pedicure. I understand the difference between pedietry care and a pedicure but was disappointed on the lack of time taken to clean dead skin away from toes, heals and ball of foot. My feet were in no better shape than the quick scrub I give them in the shower. Was very dispointed. I was however very happy with my consultant in her manner and kindness. The paint job was excellent!
