Normally great with the silk eyelashes but 1/2 fell off the next day and this had happened the first time that I got it done too Not sure if the proceedure at salon or home is right, maybe need a fact sheet of do's and don'ts for the client

Need to isolate the treatment rooms from the everyday beauty procedures as can get very noisy at times. Therapist was excellent.

Not the Saloons fault but it is frustrating when you have to wait over 20 minutes after your appointment time. One is just left there to sit and "stew".

Had a really lovely make up done for a wedding. Very happy with the result and thought the therapist really listened to what I wanted. Would have welcomed a bit of feedback on products used and techniques so I could gain some ideas and possibly take home some makeup to recreate the look myself.
