I had the best experience and I will definitley be back. I think my specialists name was Julie (I'm so sorry if I'm wrong) but she was exceptionally professional, unbelievably helpful, informative and all round amazing. My skin feels better already and I now have a better understanding of my own skin and what I need to do to fix/maintain it. I was offered products to suit my needs and explained how they work/their benefit but was not pushed in any way to purchase. I walked out the door and called my sister in Sydney to tell her I needed to make a booking for her too. Every staff member I spoke with was brilliant. Thank you for providing such amazing service.
