This was not my usual relaxed treatment. I found the atmosphere intense and unrelaxed. As a result it was difficult to deal with the procedure. I would not receive treatment from this therapist again. I could not recommend this treatment if given by this therapist. I will continue to patronise this business, but with my usual therapists.

My therapist, Lisa, was very thorough, professional and friendly. I felt relaxed and my skin looked amazing when I left the Salon. I will take Lisa's advice on board with regards to my skin and will be back again soon. Thanks very much for the fantastic service.

The professional staff are always welcoming. When you enter Riverside you are entering a relaxed soothing atmosphere which relaxes you . The range of procedures is exciting not only because they offer the wide range but also you become aware very quickly that the staff is professionally trained and continue to develop their skills with ongoing professional development. I have been a client of Riverside for the last twenty years during which time I have admired the way Riverside has developed and continues to offer professional treatment and advice .

I was very impressed overal with the facilities and the setup of the salon. The treatment was delightful. The therapist was not very chatty (which I prefer) but there was not any advice offered... I did choose this facial for the long massage which was heaven, but I also wanted extractions. The therapist did not perform any extractions as she said I did not need them - but I know I did need them, this was a little disappointing. Everything else was wonderful.
