I've been coming to Rhubarb for 7 years. My wife (Michelle Cullen) recommended that I attend this establishment. She has also recommended Rhubarb to her Sister, Daughter and occasionally her so. Not once in the last 9 years (not sure how long) has she ever received a discount voucher. Perhaps it's time this is rectified? (She is a very loyal client!!)
