I always love the extras like the neck/scalp massage (although the quality varies greatly depending on who's giving it) and Aveda tea. It'd be nice to have some sort of loyalty system as I've been coming for years and prices have crept up - seems a lot per hour compared with what I can earn. I don't want to go elsewhere but as I get older and my hair needs more regular and costly attention, it'd be nice to be rewarded for not shopping around or an incentive for not going to another salon. Maybe on your birthday when you've had 6+ visits since the last birthday, maybe Aveda product or spa at significant discount etc?

It was my second visit to Rhodes salon and I was just as happy as the first time. I had a different senior stylist but she was just as lovely and provided some good hair advice. I’m very happy with my semi-permanent cut and colour. Thanks!
