Staff are always friendly and welcoming. If you are unable to make an appointment, they are only too happy to reschedule you for another time. If your usual therapist is unavailable, they always recommend someone who can meet your needs or requirements and make you feel comfortable. I love the reminder texts the night before your scheduled appointment. Staff inform you of specials on products and recommend other services that you may benefit from.
