Kate does a wonderful job of my brows and I will always come back to her.... other girls have done them in the past but nobody does it quite like her. She is professional and meticulously ensures I feel fabulous every time I go in and come out feeling a million dollars. Her attention to detail and the small things she does make every visit great

This was my second visit but my first time having waxing done. I'd had a bad experience with my last beauty salon that I had been going to for 5 years and the did not even apologise or try to fix it. So when I found out you did waxing as well I decided to give you a go! I felt so valued as a client, not just another person coming in. Ellie clearly explained what she was doing and what could be done to fix my eyebrows! It was much more than a wax on, wax off service I'd received elsewhere! The cost was quite good for the service I received which included a head and face massage as well as brow powder and cover up after the service. I've never had that before! I liked that Ellie talked about products available for sale, but I never felt pressured to purchase anything. I have bought a series package and I look forward to coming back! Thank you!
