I really dislike the amount of upsell from that therapist. I really don't want to hear about all your promotions and deals while getting my waxing done. If the promotion is related to the service I am receiving then maybe its ok. But seriously, my last visit was constant upsell. It was overkill. I had said I was interested and didn't need any more products and that I really didn't have the money, but it continued. I was almost at the point of saying 'enough with the upsell, I don't want to hear another thing". It also left me consider if I would return to Pure Indulgence for my waxing or demeralogica purchases in the future. I already received text messages about discounts. I would hate to think that this occurs when someone comes in for a relaxing massage or something.

It has always been lovely to get a facial at Pure Indulgence. However my experience this time just didn't have the care or finishing touches it has had in the past. I was left with a lot of oil on my back (normally this gets wiped off before the end of treatment) My hair was a birdsnest, I've had a head massage before but have never had my hair left in such a mess with knots. It was a nightmare to brush it out and try to get looking half decent to walk back out in public in the shopping centre. Lastly, I couldn't see clearly when I walked out as I had a lot or cream/product in my eyes. I don't normally give negative feedback but I have always had a wonderful experience at Pure Indulgence salons over the past years I've been going, it would be a shame to see the standard drop.

Waiting room is extremely small .. and the rooms was cold.. I was freezing with my full body massage at one point.

I felt as though the lady I had should not have been working because she appeared very sick and would constantly sniffle/cough throughout my treatment. I felt she spent a lot of time stopping to blow her nose which took away from my relaxation.

I love coming to pure indulgence unfortunately I have just had the worst treatment ever.it was way to rough for the facial and the hot stones massage was too dry on my skin .i was very dissapointed with my visit

I booked the Smart Woman Facial using the Dermalogica's Age Smart products as advertised and purchased a pack, particularly because Dermalogica products were being used. The service was wonderful, the therapist amazing. However, I was dismayed to find only Yuva products on the bench after my treatment, no sign of any Dermalogica products. Very disappointing.
