The questions of the survey should be separated into experience and service. The service provided was of a high standard and the beautician was professional and friendly. The salon vibe unfortunately has changed. I've been coming to the salon for years up until about six months ago when i changed suburbs. The salon reception area used to be calm and inviting and the person at the front counter was discreet and quiet spoken. My visit today was disappointing. I felt it was disorganized, rushed, its a little tired furniture wise and not an environment that would be conducive to one winding down to have a relaxing massage while waiting for your not so cheap appointment. The lady at the front counter was friendly but bless her heart was quite loudly spoken so when i checked in the whole salon and im sure the people walking passed knew i was booking in for a bikini wax! I reiterate that behind the doors to the rooms, it was the quiet quality service i expected. Sorry for the negative part of the feedback. I used to love this salon so just sad its not what it used to be.

Received another amazing massage at pure indulgence Robina. I have noticed last few times, the towel is not as dry and fluffy as it used to be. This was one of my favourite part of getting a massage at pure indulgence. Nothing worse than soggy (even little bit) towel against a body.
