My only complaint, and the only reason I've given lower scores in some areas, is because the beds are always dirty (or stained). I don't feel that comfortable laying on beds that are dirty and I would suggest laying out fresh white towels (or another colour) right over the bed (including pillow area) before each client. Otherwise the salon, general ambience, and professionalism is fabulous, so it always surprises me when I walk in and see the dirty beds. It really does bring the standard down considerably. And I have been to this salon many times and it's always the same, so obviously there is not a policy of laying out clean towels after each session. I have never been to another salon with dirty beds before and it's quite off-putting. It's such a shame, because otherwise I would recommend it highly.

I like how Erin is flexible and is able to cater for her VIP customers. I appreciate all staff as I always feel welcomed and they are all very polite. I am a member of two other Spas on Gold coast (Versace and Sheraton) and I enjoy visiting Pure indulgence Robina equally as they provide me an excellent services for last 8-9 years I have been visiting there regularly. Shayla is my new therapist and she has been unbelievable with the quality of service she provides (tone of her voice, amazing techniques, friendly yet polite, knows how to look after her customers-intuitive). I like visiting to the spas where employees are happy to work there and able to provide high quality services. If this fails, customers can definitely tell it's not a happy environment for employees to work and will not be visiting anymore. Please keep up the great work Robina team! I would also like to see remedial massage option where people can claim as well as a pregnancy massage at pure indulgence menu in the future.

The service felt a little rushed and although the staff member did a great job of upselling products and services sometimes its nice not to be "sold to" all the time.

Overall the experience was a good one and my therapist was lovely .. The only negative was her hands smelt of cigarette. It wasn't overpowering , however still noticeable which isn't pleasant for a non smoker. Apart from that I would still return as I liked the job she did.

I would just like to commend both Erin and Jess from the Robina store. It is always a pleasure dealing with them. They are both so friendly and Jess once again did a wonderful job on my pedicure. She is very thorough and such a polite and professional person. If both these ladies are on I know that I am going to have an enjoyable experience. It is also great to see that you have finally brought back the hot oil massage included in the pedicure. It is one of the reasons I come to get my pedicure and you had nearly lost my business due to its change, however I am extremely happy that it is now back again in your menu.
