my inner eyebrow was over waxed to the point where they don’t match and it cannot be fixed until the hair grows back. After pointing this out to the girl at the front counter she literally said “oh well we can’t put hair back on so we can refund you.” No apology or attempt to rectify and the worst customer service I’ve ever received. So disappointed and will not return after being a loyal customer.

I always visit Robina salon to have my eye brows done. I went today and the lady was so incredibly rude. I received the worst possible service. The lady didn’t even introduce herself to me. She didn’t ask how I wanted my brows. She just started waxing away. I also felt as if she used body wax (with the strips) My eye brows look horrible, I left the salon crying. When I told the lady my eye brows are now super thin, she turned around to me and said “Are you serious!!”

In no way does my score reflect the therapist. She was lovely and attentive. It was the rude, unpleasant and abrupt Manager Taylor at the Robina store . A smile might crack her hard exterior and if that's who managers a store a d she treats clients with such disrespect I feel for the staff. After being a life time Pure Indulgence client this us sad to see the decline in service for what they charge. Do yourself a favour and save your money. Very unhappy 😡

I visited Pure Indulgence at Robina today for my birthday to have a manicure and pedicure. The manicure was so bad they had to refund it and remove the polish and the pedicure isn’t the best either. The last time I visited Pure Indulgence was quite sometime ago but I remember it being a very relaxing experience this time was not like that at all and considering it was for my birthday it was very disappointing. The staff member was very nice but she kept looking at the time (obviously she was under pressure to keep to the allotted time). When leaving the staff member at the desk was quite rude and though they refunded my manicure I left feeling very disappointed and unhappy. I will not be returning to Pure Indulgence anytime soon.

I was extremely disappointed by my appointment on 15/10/22. It was meant to be at 1.50, however I didn’t get seen until 2.20pm. My beautician was very rushed (as she said she needed to leave by 3pm) and this was felt when she was putting on pads etc around my eyes. There was no care taken and I was told that I couldn’t have a eyebrow wax as she didn’t have enough time. My eyelash lift, particularly on my left eye was not working and she was very rough with applying the product to the lashes and so a lot of this went into my eye. After getting frustrated and blaming it on me for never having this procedure done before she finally got a colleague to come in who advised the placement of the products weren’t in the right spot for it to work. Now 3 days on I look at my eyelashes and can not see any lift or curl, I’m also really disappointed with the tint as it’s not even noticeable and I have resorted back to mascara. I thought the experience was a complete waste of my time and I feel the 20% which was given due to the above does not even compensate for my time, nor the end service to my eyelashes.

I was kept waiting nearly 15 minutes before I was taken in, then as we were running late I was told we wouldn’t do the light analysis, so in we went, the worst thing is my sister in in-law had a pedicure and on her way out accidentally knocked her two big toes, we were now out of time so she was charged $75 and we walked out with smudged toes, she got home and removed the polish and redid them, Just not good enough on a customer service, My sister in law was extremely disappointed
