This was my first time getting any type of wax on my private area let alone a Brazilian. I came in store on Wednesday & spoke to the ladies about it being my first time & what to experience. These 2 ladies were sensational. Made me feel so welcome & comfortable. Unfortunately the lady doing my service did not have the same friendly service. I didn't know her name (and still don't). I let her know this was my first time & her response was 'yeah I know' in a tone of ' I really don't care.' Throughout the waxing she barely spoke a word to me. (Maybe some ladies prefer this, but as this is my first time it made it more awkward' the most I got out of her was when she tried to upswell the waxing packages.) I wish one of the ladies from the front counter did my wax as they are so welcoming, friendly & are definitely the types of ladies you want being the face of your company. I have loved EVERY other experience with your company & girls. Just a shame that the most private & akward appointment was a unpleasant experience. Please pass on my positive feedback to the ladies on the counter.
