I really do think you charge too much for some of your waxing treatments. $18 for a chin wax is too steep, wont be booking for that again. However Rebecca whom was my therapist had a lovely touch when doing my facial and also massaging my feet and lower legs so good in fact a dozed off zzz. I completed the treatment and felt relaxed and refreshed.

I just noticed the floor and walls were a little dirty - people's hair on floor, wax on walls etc. I also didn't receive any wet wipes before my brazilian, lucky I had JUST had a shower.

Pure Indulgence is my preferred beauty therapy business because of the way the massage is performed-with the clever removal of the towel so the therapist can get here arm underneath. This is like none other I've had elsewhere. This is one of the reasons I come there. Today the massage seemed shorter than usual and was not conducted the 'signature' way PI usually does. I asked the therapist and she said she found that method hard to do. This is the only time I've been there and it was not done - I was a little disappointed. On the other hand the 3 facial package was very good value and I really enjoyed it today was my third. I would buy another one.
