Treatment room felt cluttered and untidy on floor. The room wasn’t fully prepared, the therapist had to leave to get a towel to allow me to cover myself. When getting ready on bed, the therapist left room but it felt like an extended period of time waiting for her to return. The aircon was cold and only a small towel that covered. I asked the therapist through treatment if I could have a second towel. The therapist then got me a blanket and did check that I felt warmer. Understand location is inside a shopping centre but the noise of talking outside the treatment room was off putting. I found it hard to relax and wasn’t the relaxing experience I had hoped for when booking.

The service of $130 for a full body massage was not worth the money the room was awful and the massage was not up to standards

Very inflexible. Eyebrow tint was questionable if even done so had to request it be redone.

I received a $50 gift voucher as a gift and decided to use it towards a full leg wax before going on an overseas holiday. It was the biggest waste of money ever, I had to pay another salon to wax my legs the next day as I was so disappointed in the quality of the service I received. I can not believe I wasted $58.00 on a service that I needed to have redone. Very disappointed, you have lost my business!!

I was told that if I couldn't make my spot ointment by 1 .10 I wouldn't been seen. I had to get permission to leave work early to make it in time . I arrived at least 8 min prior to appointment time only to be kept waiting for nearly 15 min !!!!! Having an eye brow wax is no big deal but it was the worst wax I have ever had , my brows look horrible . Will never go back to pure indulgence , have had previous bad experience when my 1 . 5 hour pamper package was over in 1.15 . Generally the staff are pretty unfriendly .
