Booked online and service selected included hand or foot massage. I asked the therapist and they said this was not offered with the package I had booked. They gave a small discount but still left feeling I had not got what I paid for.

I only came to the salon for a brow wax but the whole time the therapist was doing the hard sell trying to upsell packages and products. I am the salon to relax. Can't this information be given at the front counter so I can enjoy my treatment. I felt coerced into purchasing a series of brow waxes when I wasn't really interested and really didn't have the money.

I had the third treatment in a series of Microdermabrasion facials today and I have to say this was the only of the three I have been disappointed with. The technician I had today was not nearly as thorough as those I have had previously and didn't even offer me any mineral makeup to cover the redness at the end.

I booked in for a Dermalogica Pro60 facial but ended up doing the Skin Brilliance package. While the peel and exfoliation was good, the time was mainly spent massaging my shoulders, chest and head. I didn’t expect that much massage and wasn’t happy to have massage oil put into my hair, I left with very oily and knotty hair.

On arrival, I discovered the therapist I've had for a very long time was no longer working at the Salon. I was not given the curtesy of a phone call prior to my appointment to informed of this, so I wasn't very happy. Upon leaving the Manager was not at the front desk, so it was left, once again, to the therapist (Chloe) to apologize. As I have been a client at this Salon for a very long time I am not very happy with the way I have been treated. I understand there is always movement of staff but I haven't felt 'welcome' when I come into the Salon lately. Chloe was very professional and apologetic and Lauren, my previous Therapist, was great and always made me feel welcome.
