The massage was wonderful and the team very friendly but the hard sell on products afterwards was very off putting. I used to go to Pure Indulgence often in the past but stopped because of that and will probably not go back again as it is still the same. Most people will ask for products if they want any so why don’t you just let us enjoy the experience without ending it with a sales pitch.

I wasn’t treated by the therapists I specifically booked in with and if I had known this was going to Happen I would have rescheduled my appointment

It was ok however not as nurturing as previous experience at Chermside - perhaps due to experience. Also this was a gift for a relaxing experience and the constant upsell is a little frustrating - I'm sure it is a requirement of the business. It seemed a little underwhelming and clinical.

I did not like the way that the consultant tried to force me to purchase products that were rather expensive.. this was a gift from my daughter and I felt forced to add in the hot rock massage then following the treatment more products and further treatments were forced upon me.. I found the whole thing very unpleasant..

I received a $20 off birthday voucher which in the past I have been able to use for a pedicure. I only ever have a pedicure or eye brow wax at this salon and I have been a regular customer for many years. Unfortunately on this occasion I was not able to use the voucher which was disappointing. My nails had not properly dried by the time my pedicure had finished but I was not offered any disposable slippers which I had been offered in the past??
