I loved the job they did, staff where all really lovely. However, they where way to pushy with add on's. I came to get the celebrity eye trio treatment, I don't want to be pushed to buy Dermalogica acne treatment when I did not ask for opinions on my skin. Then again at the counter, I was asked about multiple add on's. Even though the service was lovely I'm reluctant to come back because I don't want to have to say no so many times and feel pressured to buy.

I had a professional therapist during my waxing service and the service was great, but unfortunately once I got home most of the wax was still on me, I am disappointed.

The only feedback I would provide is that I had a lot of wax residue on my legs when I got home. This was difficult to remove. In the end I had to get some oil to get it off. Would be good if this could be removed at the salon. Not whinging, as the service and waxing was of a high standard as per usual. Many thanks.

When staff ask if we would like something done in a facial, please let us know if there is a additional cost involved or if we have paid in our series for this. My family member was told at the end of the appointment that this was an additional fee. May seem minor though communciation is so important. Thanks enjoyed the visit.

My therapist was great but my issue was that she scrubbed so hard with my pedicure that she actually cut both of my feet. After that, the mask was put on and I think it worsened the cuts. I didn't realise later until after I put my shoes on. I don't think she noticed either because she didn't mention anything. The actual pedicure was great aside from that. With the luxury pedicure, would love to get a longer massage as part of the package. Usually I have loved all my experiences with Pure Indulgence but getting the cuts on my feet has changed my mind about getting a pedicure here again.
