I thoroughly enjoyed my massage and think Tracey gave an amazing massage. It was just what I needed. I will be booking again despite living on the other side of town!

Staff are really friendly. It is always a relaxing experience where you feel very well treated. I am sure that the staff are very genuine and provide advice based on their training but I always wonder about the claims of the products!

I didnt think the music was appropriate for a relaxing time in the room. I felt like I was in a monastery. More soothing an quieter music would have been appreciated.

We booked four weeks in advance so that three of us could have our facials at the same time. Unfortunately, I had to wait about 20 minutes for my therapist, which meant my friends had to wait for me to finish. I felt that the therapist went into too much detail with her advice and suggestions for products for me to take home, given that I was there with my friends who had already been waiting for 20 minutes for me. The facial itself was delightful and the therapist was gentle, experienced and knowledgeable. Overall, it was a lovely relaxing experience.

Unfortunately my therapist didn’t realise sha had a final appointment of the day and I got forgotten until I asked someone how much longer I would need to wait, half an hour after my scheduled appointment. That is why I haven’t given perfect scores today. Usually the service etc. is 10/10 and even today most of the staff were very apologetic, friendly and took responsibility for the error.
