I felt rushed and just upgraded. I'm not sure if I needed this treatment or if she done it because of target. She tried to sell me the product I wasn't sure if I needed them. Overall I like pure indulgence but I don't like that every time I ask for an appointment I get a different person Regards, Maik

nails cut way too short - nail polish on my skin should have been removed and massage painful up the shins nail filing hurt too - overall definitely not worth the money I paid - sarah was pleasant but i won't be returning and I will be telling my friends about the poor experience - way too expensive!

The girl who gave me the service was very nice and helpful, however, I felt like she was pushing the products on me too much the entire time I was getting the facial. I wanted to just sit back and relax, but couldn't really. I also asked for extractions, and was also part of the package I got, but did not feel like I got that done at all. She maybe extracted a few in the area that I had asked and did a few in another area, and then moved on. I specifically wanted to help clear out an area that I know could have been extracted. When I asked her if she could get some more, she said that I would have to come back for those ones as part of the treatment to raise them up. I was really not happy with the results and wish I had gone somewhere else for the extractions. I had a service done there before, microdermabrasion, and was completely satisfied with that service. With this service, I just really wanted extractions done on my chin, since I had been getting a lot of blackheads.
