There was a lot of pushy up selling during and after the facial. I had booked for a relaxing facial. Before it was even started I was told I have this great product that will be great for your face. It cost an extra $25! When the facial was finished I was then asked 4 times when I wanted to book in again!! I was then told get this product and this product, it came to an extra $350!!! I did not buy, not impressed. All I wanted was a relaxing facial not the big up sell.
