We booked four weeks in advance so that three of us could have our facials at the same time. Unfortunately, I had to wait about 20 minutes for my therapist, which meant my friends had to wait for me to finish. I felt that the therapist went into too much detail with her advice and suggestions for products for me to take home, given that I was there with my friends who had already been waiting for 20 minutes for me. The facial itself was delightful and the therapist was gentle, experienced and knowledgeable. Overall, it was a lovely relaxing experience.
