I have over a number of years asked for vouchers for pure indulgence because I felt every visit I got a 'day spa' experience locally for good value for money. Unfortunately my recent experience was not like previous experiences. I felt like my facial was rushed to be handed over to a second therapist for my massage. Having to change rooms half way through my Pure Bliss experience to be handed over to someone new meant just as I'd started to try and relax I was all of the sudden having to worry about covering up with a blanket, picking up all my things & moving to a new room. The staff were nice but I didn't receive the exceptional service I have received in the past. I would not pay to go back and nor will I ask for pure indulgence vouchers in the future.
