The therapist on the phone confirmed my treatments for my booking 3 times, however the therapist doing my treatment confirmed as we entered the room only 1 treatement (eyebrow wax). I corrected her, advising I was having 2 treatments, both eyebrow and a lip wax. I took her verbal acknowledgement as her understanding that I was meant to have the 2 treatments. At the end of the eyebrow treatment, the therapist turned on the lights. I had to ask her who was doing my lip wax? she asked me if I was having that done as well. I said yes. I'm statisfied with my eyebrow treatment, even sided, just what I had asked for. But the lip treatment seemed rushed, there was still hair and left over wax that I had to remove when I arrived home.

I was booked for one treatment and then in salon I was strongly recommended to change to a different treatment. When asked why I would have been advised to do a peel, I didn't get an overly informative response. I am also tired of being pushed to take treatment packages - it always feels very pushy. I have rebooked for a treatment in a few weeks but on reflection afterwards I will be cancelling the appointment.

Beautician spent too long talking about my skin and I believe trying to sell products and too little time (38 minutes) on a $99 facial. I would expect an hour of treatment for that. I was left for too long to "get ready", almost 10 minutes. Beautician was nice enough but

Arrived right on time, Completed the form and then waited for the beauty therapist take me through. Once in the room, I prepared for my massage, and waited for the therapist. A 40 min message was booked, which when booked mentioned 50 mins (10 for completing the forms and getting ready, then a 40 min Massage. Not only did the therapist end it before the allocation time, but when I questioned the length of the massage, she told me it finished earlier due to her next appointment. So my service was ended earlier to make sure she was ready for her next client. Not really the experience I would expect.

the first time i was there it was fantastic so i rebooked the same facial and the second time around which was just 2 days ago on Monday- it was terrible. The beautician was like a trainee standard, everything was very clunky. I did not get my moneys worth and could not relax at all during the entire time because the treatment was so poorly executed. I could have washed my face better than paying $$ for a beautician to lightly put products on and then wiping it off. It was almost a waste of time - if only all beauticians were of the same standard as my first treatment. If this was what I got on my first visit i would have never returned and would never recommend anyone.

I had an indulgent pedicure, and my feet look no better than when I walked in, other than my toes have nail polish on them. I was asked what my problem areas were, to which I advised my heels and the balls of my feet. Those areas are still rough even after an hours pedicure. My booking was not handled correctly as I was having a massage and a pedicure, which apparently had to be done by two different staff members. My choice was to come back in another 45mins to have both done at the same time, or the alternative was to have the pedicure, move roooms for he massage, then go back to the other room to the polish put on my nails! Totally unprofessional service provided. Once complete I was told I shouldn't be using a voucher on a Sunday; why not?? I was told it was probably their fault in not telling me when I called to book; well I booked online anyway. Will not be going back ever.
