I was disappointed not to be given nail colours to select from prior to my appointment. I was then given them when in the dark treatment room and the finished colour was not what I had hoped for

I recently returned back to the garden city upper level store for a micro facial (i have had many over the past couple of years) and found that the facial treatment has become clinical now and lacks the nice touches that it used to have. Bedding in the room has changed and I found the plastic mat on the pillow (under sheeting) very rigid and uncomfortable. The bed sheet and light blanket configuration I found awkward and did not cover/wrap over me properly or maybe the therapist did not arrange it properly. No hot foot towel treatment and lighting harsher. No longer a fully relaxing experience.

Beautiful salon and lovely staff. My theropist was very knowledgable and explanied very well about my skin type and how best to care for it, although she did chat a little too much about her own personal life during my visit which made it hard to relax. Very happy with her work though and overall a good experience/end result.

The website needs to be updated quicker so it shows the months specials at 1st of the month. I rang to book a special in August and it was mid way in August and was told the special had finished end of July, 2014. So I did not book anything. The last visit I had was a gift. Therefore you have missed out on me booking something else in.

During my appointment there was a very loud trades person talking which was quite frustrating considering it was for a relaxing massage and there was a huge sign that said quiet zone. Had the lovely lady providing the massage not been amazing and someone purchased the voucher for my experience I wouldn’t have been very pleased for the money paid. Outside of this the treatment rooms are very very small but a great massage and staff were lovely and friendly
