The beautician was inexperienced with waxing, applied way too much wax to the skin and could not take it off properly. The wax has left a horrible rash on my skin as the inexperienced beautician had to cut the wax off. I've never had such a horrible experience before. There is still a lot of hair left as the beautician could not finish the job as it was way too painful for me. I hope to never experience this again.

I have been going to Pure Indulgence for many many years for a half leg and underarm wax. Due to the very limited growth I now have, I am able to have both treatments done in less than a half an hour and am still paying full price for the service. Some time ago, my therapist actually put me on a series that for the half leg wax but gave me the underarm for free as she said there was so little growth. This has not continued. I would like to request a similar offer for the next time I purchase a series otherwise I will probably look at going elsewhere as it really is a lot of money for a treatment that is regularly taking less than 30 mins to perform. Inconsistent product ... Bought a series of 3 treatments ... Had my second one today. What I received today was completely different to my first treatment. How is this possible & therefore how do I know if I am getting what I paid for?

I only received one towel over my mid section and for the price had expected a blanket over my top half. The new roller system for waxing resulted in dragging the wax on in areas. If an area is floppy skin (like my inner leg) I have received a two handed removal of wax in the past. This keeps the skin taunt. I left with wax still on some parts of my legs. I've noticed there are still a few stray hairs that were not removed. For the top dollar establishment I expected more. I've received the same treatment from much cheaper places. I don't think this was a superb vist.

My beautician was great. However, there was no towel on the bed and the usually plesant experience was diminished due to yet lack of quality and attention to detail I have come to expect from pure indulgence

I felt the reception was excellent but the young lass doing the massage needs to be made aware that she must LISTEN to what the client requests. I asked for a RELAXING MASSAGE and received a very heavy intense massage. I realize have that I tension in the neck & shoulder area and prior to the massage commencing I told her that whilst I was tight in this area I did not want to go home feeling sore. At no time did she ask if the pressure was OK and I ended up telling her to stop altogethter on the neck & shoulders area as she would just not ease up the pressure.
