I had 2 therapist ‘s today, Sade was absolutely lovely, did a wonderful job on my eyebrows and lashes. I then had Emily who did my fascial, too opinionated, made me feel terrible about myself, I mentioned half way through the session that I was starting to feel bad, she then went onto tell me my skin is dry, feet are dry and asked why my neck muscles are tight in my shoulders, I explained I had broken my neck a year ago, she went onto explain what vitamins I should be taken. At that point I was upset that she is not qualified to make these claims. I thanked her, paid and left. Unfortunately I won’t be back, it was a gift to go and enjoy myself, but left feeling terrible about myself.

Unfortunately i didn't have a good experience then last time.... for the money i paid i would have liked a massage, what i got was more like rubbing in the oil on my back and massaging my shoulders a little bit im very disappointed. Dont get me wrong the lady's at pure indulgence are lovely! But i paid over $100 for oil to be rubbed on like moisteriser.

The staff were lovely and I felt comfortable with them providing the service. The environment was clean, though not private (treated out in the reception area where shoppers are walking past or entering)and as a result, I didn't feel I could relax as much. I was hoping the once they had buffed/pumiced my feet that I would get some kind of rub or massage or that moisturiser would be applied to my feet, but sadly, this was not the case (and this is the part is was most looking forward to!). When I left and looked closely at my feet, I could have done a better job myself with the buffing/pumicing. Overall, not the best quality service and definitely not value for money. I will try elsewhere next time.

I booked in for a signature facial as a treat for myself after a hard few months. When I went into get my facial, I had a lovely lady as my therapist, we discusses my skin and what products I use but not the service I would be receiving, I assumed because I booked for a signature facial that,that is what I would be receiving.during my massage I thought to myself it's weird she has not used the hot stones yet which is part of the reason I wanted the signature but just thought she must be doing it different. Then it was all over I came out and went to pay for the service and to my surprise she lady on reception asked for $195! I almost fainted because I was stressing about the $125 I was meant to be spending let alone $195! The lady explained I got a different facial that was more expensive and said there must have been a mix up. She offered to take $20 off but $175 is still a lot of money for me with a young family(I would never spend that much on myself). I really enjoyed the facial I received from my therapist but it really runin the experance for me as I had to go home and tell my husband how much I just spent on myself. I think if if they had of just confirmed with me what facial and price first it would have solved all of this. I quite upset about the outcome.

The therapist was lovely. The products were amazing. My skin looks great. However, I added the lymphatic massage to my treatment as I was told it’s a 20 minute massage and will help target my concerns of puffiness in my face. The massage was lovely but only last 10 minutes max. With about 2-3 minutes spent on the face. The facial cleanse was longer. My therapist started my treatment at 11:15 and I walked out at 12:03. Too much time was spent outside the room and consulting. If a consultation is required that should be added onto the treatment time not taken out of the massage time I paid extra for. Do not feel like I received what I paid for unfortunately.

Usually I am very happy with my treatment s here but today just seemed very rushed. I had a 9:30 appointment, went in at 9:35 into an extremely small room and was out at 9:48. I had brow tint and wax and a lash colour. I think $65 for 13mins was a bit much. The overall brow treatment I am extremely happy with but just hope the eyelash tint will last. Maybe the girl was very efficient l will have to wait and see but it definitely wasn’t my usual relaxed experience
