My facial was ordinary, there was a cleanse then exfoliant that was left of then washed off then mask which was left on then washed off then product put on my face. There was no facial massage which is why I love a facial so much. I then had a back massage with hot rocks which are overrated but no other option in the pamper packages. The massage after the rocks was poky and not an enjoyable Swedish massage that I believed was coming. The treatment went for 1 hour 15 when it was supposed to be an hour and a half. My booking appointment was from 7-8.40 to allow for the 10 min consultation but it was all wrapped up by 8.15. Pure indulgence used to be just that but I feel they have dropped their game. It doesn’t feel like a Pure Indulgence anymore, I’ll be looking for a new place to pamper me in the future.
