Hi, This is the first time I have visited a Pure Indulgence at Garden city I usually go to the Pure Indulgence Carindale. I was very disappointed with my experience. My eyebrows have been over waxed and are too thin now as the therapist didn't listen to my request to keep the shape I already had. Also my g string wax was very rough as she was yanking the wax off my inner thigh when she was having trouble removing it. When I got home I realised my G-string wax was still a bit patching so I have to fix it up myself. I am obviously quite stressed that I have lost my natural eyebrow shape as this will take a long time to grow back.

The rooms are very small as well as the beds and towels they use to cover people making the treatment not very comfortable. The beds are not level and also not very comfortable especially the hole where your head sits. The treatment itself was a little painful in parts and not very relaxing. I also think the rooms could be darker for a little more mood lighting.

I felt like I was doing the lady a favour by being a customer she never spoke more than 3 words to me as a customer i would appreciate being told what you are using. When asked if I would like a water she never gave on she took payment and walked away. I expected A better service from pure indulgence, very out of character for this salon.

My skin is burnt from the chemical they used. I told them i am on tretenoin treatment and i need something to boost my skin moisture . But the product they use my whole face is flaky now and the areas which was dry it clearly burnt as you can see in picture.
