Inconsistent product ... Bought a series of 3 treatments ... Had my second one today. What I received today was completely different to my first treatment. How is this possible & therefore how do I know if I am getting what I paid for?

I have been going to Pure Indulgence for many many years for a half leg and underarm wax. Due to the very limited growth I now have, I am able to have both treatments done in less than a half an hour and am still paying full price for the service. Some time ago, my therapist actually put me on a series that for the half leg wax but gave me the underarm for free as she said there was so little growth. This has not continued. I would like to request a similar offer for the next time I purchase a series otherwise I will probably look at going elsewhere as it really is a lot of money for a treatment that is regularly taking less than 30 mins to perform. The beautician was inexperienced with waxing, applied way too much wax to the skin and could not take it off properly. The wax has left a horrible rash on my skin as the inexperienced beautician had to cut the wax off. I've never had such a horrible experience before. There is still a lot of hair left as the beautician could not finish the job as it was way too painful for me. I hope to never experience this again.

Was happy that i could just pop in and there was availabilty. Not happy that i had to pay even though i had a series. It was explained to me that i had a series on a voucher so not recorded in their system. I also have two scars from my appt as shown in attached photo. Dissapointed
