The actual facial was lovely, and very well done. I didn't like the "skin consult" and sticking my head in a box for some pseudo scientific examination. If I wanted advice on my skin, I'd go to a dermatologist. I just wanted a lovely facial! I also didn't like the attempted upsell of expensive products in very small bottles.
