The treatment room was very small and extremely cold. The towels were old and thin with pulls on them. I did expect a treatment like this to be more comfortable / luxurious. The beautician was very accommodating and tries to make me more comfortable but I believe Pure Indulgence needs to invest in more comfortable surroundings and and investment in new towels and a blanket or two would not go astray.

When you book a 40 minute massage - you expect to be massaged for 40 mins - not 25. This happened last time I went to Pure indulgence and got money back. It’s really bad $90 for a 24 min massage. Of course the masseuse has to look through the consent form but time from my massage was wasted on unnecessary questioning. I was left for 5 mins on the table alone waiting for her to return. Then waited ages while she ran the tap (not sure why maybe to warm up the hot cloth used at the end. Then a good 5 mins was waisted on upselling. I got dressed after my short change massage to have more upselling. Seriously $90 is a lot of money and I will never return to Pure Indulgence and would recommend you do the same unless you want to pay double the price for half the time. Very unsatisfied and I feel ripped off. The masseuse was lovely and obviously she is working for a greedy company.

I was in the first room and it was very noisy, extremely difficult to relax when it sounds like someone is opening the door and you can hear people talking. Consultant was lovely but due to the room I won't be back.

For the premium price paid I expected a better job. I had a few services performed and they were completed half an hour before they were scheduled to finish so there was no reason to not be thorough. My Brazilian was patchy and I was not offered a chance to bring this up for fixing, the wrong shade of nail polish was used for my pedicure as well as nicks to my cuticles. My facial and massage were fine, and my therapist was perfectly polite but I left feeling a bit disappointed.

Very disappointed with counter service after my treatment. The new gift voucher now has a card instead of the old style vouchers. My card had fallen off and although I was paying with two other old style vouchers, the attendant made me feel very silly that I didn't have the new style card on the third voucher. The manager said I could pay now and bring the gift card back and they would reimburse me which was good. Later that day, I returned and the same attendant said the manager would have to authorize it (again) and I had to wait for over an hour for her to return. I had originally paid cash and the manager said she could only refund me onto a credit card. When I said I didn't have a credit card and I reminded her that I had paid with cash she rolled her eyes as she opened the till, flicking the cash and shoved the cash into my hand, before she said a very rude thankyou. The Pure Indulgence signature facial was a real treat for me and the consultant did a wonderful job, but I did not like the Pure Indulgence Signature Service at the end with Camille and her manager.

Lovely staff. I have reduced how often I go though due to how pushy the staff are to sell their “series” and their yuva products.
