I paid for a 60m massage + 10m upgrade. I went in and came out in 65m. She was running 10m late for my appointment and I felt like time was taken off my time to catch up. I feel like I had 55m massage time instead of the 70m I paid for. If the dressing/consult (yodelling) is part of the 60m it should be disclosed.

I just got home and realised one of my eyebrows has a really thin tail end compared to the actual brow. I couldn’t really see as the lighting was a little bit dimmed. I really liked the shape of my brows and I believe the team member took a bit to much off. Definitely going to have to fill them in now. Next time clarify with the customer if they like the thickness of their brows beforehand. I just wanted the big unwanted hairs removed.. Not the thickness.

I am a mature aged person, I have been having wax treatments namely intimate waxes for over ten years. I travel a lot so I have to go to a lot of different salons for the treatments that I need. On the whole I look for Pure Indulgence, but I have to admit I have been disappointed on a couple of occasions. If I pay top price I expect top service. While I realise that everyone has to learn their trade I do not care to be to be one their learning experiences. I will hesitate to call on Pure Indulgence(anywhere) unless I will be assured that I will be treated professionally and without any embarrassment for both parties.

It seemed very disorganised. One of the receptionists wasn’t very nice. I didn’t get the relaxing facial massage after my waxing. Overall disappointing.

The clinician I had was not very communicative about the process of the service I received while it was being provided (i.e. none of the things put on my face/sprays/touches were accompanied by an explanation) so I was often surprised by different sensations and this limited how much I was able to relax. I also felt like I was given poor advice on the best service. When it was suggested to me to have a peel done I specifically raised that I didn't want my ability to be outdoors limited and I was reassured by the clinician that having the peel done wouldn't result in me needing to stay inside for recovery. I proceeded to get the peel on the clinician's advice, but the aftercare sheet I've been given explicitly recommends that I need to avoid sunlight for 7-10 days. Overall I felt like perhaps my clinician wasn't fully across the procedures being done and perhaps that's why they didn't tell me what they were doing or know ahead of time about the timeframe for recovery from a peel.
